This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Business Key Solutions LLC and forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made for services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except at our sole discretion in genuinely extenuating circumstances.
No Refunds
Because our services begin with reserved time and dedicated work on your behalf, all payments are final. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Any exception is made solely at the discretion of Business Key Solutions and only in extenuating circumstances.
Providing Information & Forfeiture of Fees
Users must provide accurate, complete, and timely information when requesting services. If requested documentation is not provided within 5 business days, additional service fees may apply. If the requested information is still not received after 10 business days, all fees paid may be subject to forfeiture.
Mutual Cancellation & Credits
If a service is cancelled by mutual agreement, you will have 30 days to use any credit from previous payments toward another service. Additional service fees may apply to the new service.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
If you miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice, a $150 rescheduling fee will apply. To avoid this fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Domain Transfer Fees
If you purchase a domain through us without also purchasing web design services, a $500 domain transfer fee applies. For promotional packages, a reduced $250 domain transfer fee applies. These fees are non-negotiable and apply to all clients without exception.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
